SFYFC welcome FBC Manby Bowdler Solicitors as a main sponsor

July

24

Shropshire Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs are delighted to welcome FBC Manby Bowdler Solicitors as a main sponsor of the rural youth organisation. The solicitors, with offices in Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Telford and across the West Midlands will join Pickstock Telford Ltd, Shropshire Farm Vets, NFU Mutual and Alltech E-CO2 in supporting SFYFC to provide chances for young people in Shropshire to meet lifelong friends, learn new skills, make a real difference to the local community and even travel the world. Sponsorship is key to supporting annual events such as the Young Farmers’ entertainments competition, rally and sports competitions.

With 18 clubs across Shropshire, as a charitable organisation it can be a struggle to continue to offer the wide range of opportunities that the 900 plus Shropshire Young Farmers have access to.  So far this year, the support and generosity of sponsors has enabled the creation of a series of training programmes covering a variety of topics. From welding, to exhibiting at shows, to software training, being able to access the right materials and coaching is key to enriching members' knowledge and experience which can be applied in a multitude of situations. Members often find that the skills they gain, increase employability.

Sara Sartain (SFYFC County Organiser) says “FBC Manby Bowdler Solicitors generously sponsored SFYFC’s Rally held in June and we are very pleased that the company would like to support our organisation further by becoming a main sponsor”. FBCMB’s team of agricultural solicitors offer specialist legal advice to land owners and tenants alike and possess a wealth of experience in advising farming businesses, farm employees and members of the public. FBCMB is recognised annually by leading directories, Legal 500 and Chambers UK as having one of the leading specialists law team servicing the agricultural sector throughout the West Midlands, Shropshire and beyond.
